Developed to ensure the best quality of the peeled coffees (cherry, green and banana), it saves up to 30% on processing costs and up to 40% on the volume of cherries by pulp removal.
Freshly harvested cherries and green coffee, washed and already separated in Mechanical Washers, are taken to the pulper, which in the same operation separates the greens, peels and mucilage (optional) the cherry coffees. It can also be used to peel green coffee and buoys.
In this way, the consumption (loss) of water will be only by drag, provided that a system of reuse of the water of the demucilator is used.
