PA-GRAN/PL Pre-Clean is designed to process coffee, beans, soybeans and other grains. It combines high production with high efficiency in the separation of impurities.
The products to be processed in beneficiation plants usually contain impurities of bigger and smaller size than the grain itself, besides light impurities, such as straw, peels, powder, etc. The role of the pre-cleaning is to separate all these types of impurities so that the product to be benefited does not contain foreign bodies that, first, can damage the equipment of the processing line, and second, to hinder the quality of the final product, aiming to keep clean the processing line environment.
Impurities of larger and smaller size than the grain itself are separated by means of specific perforation screens for each type of grain being processed. The separation by sieves is done by means of oscillation of the sieve box, controlled by an electric motor connected to a variable speed pulley. This command is necessary to adjust the machine to the different characteristics of the products to be processed.
